सोढी नाथी अमरकोट के राणा चन्द्रसेन की पौत्री तथा सोढा राणा भोज की पुत्री थी । इसका विवाह देरावर के राजा सुन्दर-दास के साथ हुआ। सुन्दरदास भाटी जैसलमेर के पदच्युत रावळ रामचन्द्र का पुत्र था । सोढी नाथी कृष्ण की अनन्य उपासिका थी । सोढी नाथी भी कई भक्त महिलाओं की भांति काव्य रचना में निपुण थी । कृष्णा भक्ति में रत रहने वाली सोढ़ी नाथी ने अपने आराध्य की भक्ति में बाल चरित, गुढाथ, भगवतभाव चन्द्रायण, साखी, नामलीला श्रौर कंसलीला आदि अनेक ग्रन्थों का प्रणयन किया । इससे ज्ञात होता है कि सोढ़ी नाथी में काव्यत्व शक्ति अनुपम थी जो कृष्ण भक्ति के माध्यम से मुखरित हुयी ।
